Our Story
Founded in 2021, the seed for this little pie shop was planted much earlier. My passion for cooking and love of hospitality meant there was really only one place I could go after I decided corporate life wasn’t for me, and that was into the world of food and beverage. The pandemic threw more than one wrench into that chain, but after time and effort, the little pie shop came to life with one simple goal:
Provide the best food and hospitality we can to our customers
We think that if we can do that every day, we’ll go to sleep with a smile on every night.
Mile High Pie Co. makes everything in small batches from our home base in Denver, Colorado and we take an enormous amount of pride in what we do.
We hope you love our food, and love the people you share it with, because in the end thats what it’s all about.
