How It Works

How do I bake my pie?

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

  • Remove pie from packaging and place on baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil under pie.

  • Bake your frozen pie for 30 minutes.

  • For a perfect golden brown crust, remove pie from the oven after 30 minutes and brush crust with a beaten egg. If your pie has a streusel or sugar top, don’t do the egg wash.

  • Reduce the oven heat to 350 degrees and return pie to oven for an additional 45-60 minutes, or until crust is crisp and filling is hot (165 degrees) in the center.

  • If at any point the pie begins to get too brown, cover loosely with aluminum foil or a pie shield. Do not burn the pie to reach recommended cooking time, lower temp if necessary to avoid burning.

  • For fruit pies, let cool to room temp before slicing to allow pie to hold its shape.

  • Store leftovers covered in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Do you have a gluten free option?

Yes! Our amazing fruit crumbles are Gluten-Free! Flavors rotate, but the crumble topping is always a GF flour blend, sugar, spices, and GF oats.

Can I freeze my pie?

Probably- Many of the pies we sell are actually already frozen in our shop to lock in the delicious flavor and make sure delivery is smooth. If your pie is frozen when you get it from us, it will keep in the freezer a long time, but we recommend you enjoy within a month or so for best results. If your pie is already fully baked when you get it from us (pumpkin, chocolate chess, etc) we recommend storing in the fridge until you’re ready to eat, but for no more than 3 days for best quality.

Do you do specials or rotating pies?

For sure! We love to incorporate seasonal ingredients and do fun specials whenever we can! Check out the shop page for any specials we have currently going, however quantity may be limited.
